I had 2 different cleaning personnel come up to me and tell me they were there “to clean up my dog’s mess”. The server had handed me a few napkins when she handed me the water so I put them on top of the water on the floor to clean it up. can take their food and cram it!!! After Hollywood re-opened, the food SUCKS there anyway!!! Yes, I am STILL bitter about the experience!!! Too bad Hollywood doesn’t UNDERSTAND that a Service Animal is an extension of the person they help!!! SMH The next time we went to Hollywood, I had a bottle of water and I spilled some on the floor while trying to give Poppy a drink. I received an email stating I should feed my Service Dog BEFORE we come to Hollywood and the email further contained INCORRECT information about Service Animals!! If that’s how Hollywood wants to treat us, O.H. We were APPALLED!!! I was told by the manager that I could get my food to go, which I did!! Poppy ALWAYS eats and drinks on the floor in HER OWN food and water dishes!! She doesn’t bark either!!! It takes us 1 1/2 hours to get to Hollywood!! I called Hollywood Casino about it and the operator forwarded my message on. I was asked to leave with Poppy because I ordered unseasoned grilled chicken for her.
When we started coming back when Hollywood re-opened, we ate at O.H. Before the unlawful shutdown, we ALWAYS went to O.H.
